Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy
We have a customer friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy :
1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Just send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
3. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In a rare event if there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us. We will arrange for the shipping else we will refund you the amount spent towards the shipping charges. We request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at email@example.com
4. If you do not like the product, do let us know within 24 hours once delivered. Reverse pick up will done from your doorstep.
5. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 7 days) it will not be eligible for return and will be considered as sold.
1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
4. In a rare event that you do not like the product, please inform us within 24 hours at email@example.com and ship it back to us within a week. Please note we will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep
5. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 7 days), there would be no refund made.
6. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
7. Refund would be processed within 7-15 days after the product received
8. Return is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it. Only unused products in shelf condition will be taken back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
2. If the product is customized for you
1. You can ship the product back to us within a weeks’ time. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note Arcana will arrange for the pick-up from your door step
2. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done by you
3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance will be given to you as a credit note, which can be used for your next purchase.
